Working with Pei Ling and The Art of Structure was a delight. We conducted a joint event for Creative Mentor Network's mentee community, focusing on project management methods and motivational tools. I was impressed with Pei Ling's enthusiasm, warmth, approachability and the way she connected with our community of young creatives.

I worked closely with Pei Ling during my time at asos, so when I moved to MATCHES she was my first port of call to come on-board and help me evolve the creative ops function within the business - helping to drive more efficiency and rigour in the day to day.

The minute I met my mentor, Pei Ling, all anxiety I was feeling disappeared. Pei Ling was so friendly and supportive throughout the whole experience. My aims were to work on my structure, professionalism, and finding a healthy work balance. Pei Ling did all this and more. She showed me that there’s more to running a business than that and helped with my communication skills, focus, confidence and overall wellbeing.
